Our professional team of staff offer a wide range of services to all QMU students, staff and visitors. From help with joining and borrowing; enquiry service, interlibrary loans and photocopying as well as subject support from Liaison Librarians.

How can we help?

Please use these details to contact us for help with library and student IT issues:

Physical Helpdesk based in the LRC is open 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday, 11am to 4pm Saturday and Sunday (semester time only).

21 DAY and 7 DAY loan items will be renewed automatically, unless your account is blocked or the items are required by other users. Other types of loans must be renewed manually by the borrower.  Please see the Automatic Renewal Policy document above for more information.

Items can be renewed by:

  • Using the self service machines opposite the desk
  • Logging into the library catalogue with your QMU username and password
  • Asking at the Helpdesk
