Ex-QMU staff and students may apply to join the Library. Alumni need to provide a copy of their degree certificate when applying.
Members of the public may apply to join the Library. You must also provide another form of identification with proof of address.
Senior school pupils must bring a letter of introduction from their school.
Acceptance as an external member is at the discretion of the Head of Learning Services.
Members of the public who do not wish to join the Library may use the Library for reference purposes only. Please sign in as a visitor at the main campus reception desk and ask to be directed to the Learning Resource Centre.
If not required by other readers, most loans can be renewed for longer.
Items can be renewed in these ways:
External borrowers can access the library during staffed hours which are currently 8am-6pm Monday to Friday. During Semester 11am to 4pm Saturday and Sunday.
General help finding materials is available at The Helpdesk. However, if you require extra assistance, please phone in advance for advice.
Students from other Universities can connect to our Eduroam wireless network. Other visitors can use our guest wireless network.
All library users must abide by the library regulations.
