Our professional team of staff offer a wide range of services to all QMU students, staff and visitors. From help with joining and borrowing; enquiry service, interlibrary loans and photocopying as well as subject support from Liaison Librarians.

Enquiry Service

The Learning Resource Centre and the way that it works can seem very complex, but there are several ways you can find out the answers to your questions.

On these web pages there is a Frequently Asked Questions page which may answer some queries, but the LRC also has an Enquiry Service which you can access to gain information, primarily in the following areas.

  1. Finding information needed for coursework/projects/research
  2. Finding information on the Internet
  3. Using electronic databases and electronic/print journals
  4. Use of the library catalogue
  5. Access to other libraries. (eg. SCONUL Access)
  6. IT problems

This list is meant only as an illustration, if there is any other library related matter you want to ask about, LRC staff will be happy to assist you.
