The Helpdesk is your first point of call for all Library, IT and Maintenance related queries. Our friendly, helpful staff are trained to help with Library queries including borrowing, accessing print and electronic resources and help with printing, copying and scanning.
We also provide a variety of IT support on connecting to our network, using the Remote Desktop, password issues, accessing your emails and helping with Microsoft Office queries. If we can not help we will escalate your problem to one of our colleagues in the Information Services Team.
Similarly we can assist with any maintenance issues you wish to report regarding the academic building, out buildings and surrounding QMU grounds.
