The LRC Service Desk is your first point of call for all Library and IT related queries. Our friendly, helpful staff are trained to help with Library queries including borrowing, accessing print and electronic resources and help with printing, copying and scanning.
We also provide IT support on connecting to our network, using the Remote Desktop, password issues, accessing your emails and helping with Microsoft Office queries. If we can't help we will escalate your problem to one of our colleagues in Information Services.
The LRC sells a variety of equipment including Referencing Guides, CDs and other storage media, Reading Aids, Polypockets and Jute Bags. Students can pay for these using their Smartcard.
