For resources and paragraphs, the easiest way to move them is to click and drag the up-down arrow to the right of the item to the required place. Using the 3 vertical dots to Move Up or Move Down one place at a time is also possible however please note that this will move items into adjacent sections if there are any present.
Sections can be cut and pasted (use the three vertical dots) or moved one place at a time: click on the 3 vertical dots on the right and choose Move Up or Move Down - please note that this will move sections into adjacent sections if there are any present.
