Search for journals held in other UK institutions

SUNCAT is a free service which enables you to find journals held in around 100 UK research libraries. The service includes details of the journal holdings, links to tables of contents and the full text of articles. Use SUNCAT to find journals that QMU doesn’t subscribe to.

Edinburgh Libraries

Edinburgh Libraries Passport Scheme

The Edinburgh Libraries Passport (ELP) is a card which tells the library you are visiting that you are a genuine information seeker and that your requirements cannot be dealt with at your own library. It is of particular benefit to students and staff who are trying to obtain reference access to some of the specialist libraries in Edinburgh that are not members of other schemes.

For more details of libraries participating in the scheme go to the Edinburgh Libraries Passport page at ELISA.

Application forms are available at the Service Desk who can also issue you with an ELP card.
