The majority of publishers won’t let us make an entire book available to download for copyright reasons. Many publishers allow us to deposit one chapter or a certain percentage of a book. We created a record for this book so that it would appear on the author’s profile as one of their publications.
At the bottom of the eResearch record, we will provide a link to descriptive information about the book. Where possible, this is the DOI of the ebook, or the publisher page for the book which will give you purchasing or access options.
If the eResearch record is for a book that we have in QMU library, we will provide a link to the catalogue record for the physical copy of the book, or a link to the ebook.
If you need help accessing a book that we don't have access to via QMU LRC, you can request it via Inter-Library Loan or suggest the library purchase the book (Intranet link).
If you find a record for one of your items that has no file associated with it, please email your accepted manuscript to EResearch@qmu.ac.uk and we will attach the file.
When you notify us about your new research publications, please send your accepted manuscript to make it accessible to those who need it.
