Documents such as journal articles and book chapters will usually be received electronically, which the LRC will then forward on to the requestor’s QMU email address. Please check here for further information
All emails about ILL requests will be sent to your QMU email address.
Any hard copy ILLs can be collected from the LRC Service Desk.
ILL Loan items will be processed on the day of receipt and requestors will be informed by email.
