This encompasses NHS and private hospitals, nursing homes, school meals, government departments, meals on wheels and welfare, prison catering, police, fire and MoD, on-board travel catering.
These web resources are either free or partially free or can be accessed if you registerfreely with the relevant site. Some of teh information may only be accessibilbe through individual membership.
Please note you may need to register with the NLS before being able to access some of these resources. Some e-resources are only available within the NLS building and some are available remotely.
